This class is a part of the Craniosacral Unwinding Program offered at IPSB @ Life Energy Institute.
Prerequisite: None
The Autonomic Nervous System is the interface between the body and the mind. This course will introduce students to the anatomy and basic principles of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS), Parasympathetic Nervous System, and the Sympathetic Nervous System. Learn different techniques to release different holding patterns into the spine, brachial plexus, perineum, and coccyx while bringing balance to the parasympathetic/sympathetic nervous systems. We will cover an assessment protocol, Sympathetic Nervous System protocol and a Parasympathetic Nervous system protocol to address the specific presenting nature of the client's Autonomic Nervous System.
Module A is online - Friday, July 7th
Module B is in person - Sat July 8th - Sun July 9th
The in-person portion will be located at Temescal Canyon Park, Plateau
Registration is separate for each module, but they are taken together.
$528.00 for both modules, payment plans available. Scholarship may be available as well.
