Craniosacral Unwinding I
In this first class you will learn the anatomy and theory behind the Craniosacral phenomenon and will learn a basic approach to the Craniosacral system that is non-invasive and gets people to quickly relax at very deep level. This work brings people into alignment with their own CS system.

ABOUT THE EVENT
This class is a part of the Craniosacral Unwinding Program offered at IPSB @ Life Energy Institute.
It is open to anyone who is interested in learning! If you have taken a Craniosacral Immersion with me, this would be the next step to go deeper into the practice.
In this first class you will learn the anatomy and theory behind the Craniosacral phenomenon and will learn a basic approach to the Craniosacral system that is non-invasive and gets people to quickly relax at very deep level. This work brings people into alignment with their own CS system and is a new paradigm which empowers the body-worker to go deeper with less effort.
Module A is online - Friday, Oct 13th
Module B is in person - Sat Oct 14th - Sun Oct15th
The in-person portion will be located at Temescal Canyon Park, Plateau
Registration is separate for each module, but they are taken together.
$528.00 for both modules, payment plans available. Scholarship may be available as well.
